Reliable Plumbing Services was engaged to undertake the design & construct hydraulic services package for the UoM Building 194 Refurbishment project, working closely with the contracted builder, Kane Constructions.
Our existing plumbing maintenance contract with the University gave us a comprehensive understanding of the existing assets, policies and targets of the University.
Not only did this give us a deep understanding of the University’s requirements, but it allowed us to provide a simple and straightforward service by using the strong relationships we have built with specialty suppliers for assets, such as laboratory tapware and sample science containment tanks.
Our vast experience and our ability to align with the specific requirements of tertiary sector research laboratories, food technology laboratories and university amenities in general, allowed for the seamless delivery of a fit-for-purpose commercial hydraulic services installation, which was followed with our prepared Design and Construct service drawings.
Being responsible for all aspects of the project provided a professional approach to determining the requirements of the University, as well as a smooth, reliable delivery of a quality installation and hassle-free experience for the client.
